Coach V’s Bully-Proof Fitness Academy offers distinctive non-contact anti-bullying and social-emotional learning (SEL) programs that transcend traditional self-defense and martial arts methods. Our aim is to create a safe, harmonious school environment where every student can thrive. Our 12 week (10 weeks with students, 2 weeks with parents and students) youth development programs focus on building confidence, discipline, anti-bullying strategies, fitness, conflict resolution, nutrition, and student support. These programs aim to cultivate mental, emotional, and physical wellness for all students.

Bully Busterz (K-6)
Focuses on non-violent conflict resolution, role-playing, and team-building to foster confidence and group discussions. It includes a student Feelings Journal for self-reflection.

Teaches essential non-violent safety concepts and body language for effective confrontation management.

Second Chances
Classes are the flip side to Bully Busterz. Classes are designed to modify a bully’s behavior and encourage parents to play an active role in the process while educating them on how bullying can lead to serious repercussions for both child and parent.

Secret Guardian Workshop
Teachers and staff may be the last stand in preserving the safety of students. It appears the Intruder Response Protocol does not provide guidance on a face to face encounter with an unarmed intruder.
